  2. Unused Products: We accept returns and exchanges on unused products only. If the product has been used, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
  3. Incorrect Products: If you receive a product that does not match your order, you can return it for an exchange or refund.

Refunds:

Refunds will be issued once we have received your returned item. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund amount will be refunded to your account through net banking process.
